Important Notes & Tips
Currency Conversions & Fees
-
Final Amount Variance: When paying in a currency other than your account's default, the final amount recorded may vary. This is due to the bank's internal exchange rates or additional processing fees.
-
Original Currency: You can usually find the original transaction amount and currency listed in the Note field of the transaction.
Recommendations for Travelers
-
Enable Automatic Rates: We highly recommend keeping Automatic Exchange Rates enabled in the app settings to ensure your balances remain as accurate as possible.
-
Manual Update: Before traveling abroad, it is a good practice to manually update the exchange rates in the app to reflect the most current market data.
