Everything about Group Sharing

Tento článek ještě není přeložen do vašeho jazyka — zobrazuje se anglická verze.

Group Sharing is a premium feature and simplifies sharing specific Wallet accounts with multiple people. To create and manage your own group, you'll need a Premium plan but your group members do not need to have premium to be in your group.

The Group Sharing feature allows the group owner to share their bank accounts with the group.

Group members can use the shared accounts but cannot add new bank accounts or access premium features outside of this group.

There are two roles in a group, and the app behaves differently for each:

Group Sharing Permissions

When new members join, default access is granted to all accounts. To allow your members to see your Planned Payments, Budgets, and Widgets you will have to provide them with Admin access to your Cash account.

Switch between Group and Personal Wallet (group members)

If you are the group owner: you will not see a wallet selector, and that is expected — you only have one Wallet, and it is the one you are sharing. A selector appears for you only if you are also a member of someone else's group.

To manage what your members can see, go to Menu (≡) → Group Sharing → tap the member's name. There you set a permission for each of your accounts (Admin access / Track and read / Read only / No access).

Every group member can see the groups they're part of in their personal Wallet account, including their individual Wallet and associated groups. To add entries to the shared space, members must switch from their personal Wallet to the group's shared Wallet. Please be aware that any actions in the personal Wallet does not sync with the shared group account.

FAQ

How many groups can i create?

You can only create one group, but be part of more.

As the group owner, can I keep some of my accounts private?

Yes. Group Sharing does not give you a second private wallet, but you control access per account. Create the account you want to keep to yourself, then open Menu (≡) → Group Sharing → tap the member → set that account to No access. It stays visible only to you, while your other accounts remain shared.

Problems with inviting a member

When sending an invitation, verify that the email address used for the invitation matches the one registered in Wallet to ensure they receive the invitation successfully. If they did not receive the invite please avoid using the auto-fill feature on your phone. Instead, enter the full email address manually.
