Templates allows you to effortlessly create repetitive records. This significantly improves efficiency, enabling you to save time and create records without making mistakes.

Template Options
- Template name: Choose a title for your template
- Account: Can only choose manual accounts
- Category: Assign a category to your template
- Amount: How much money will show each time you use the template
- Transaction Type: Expense or Income
- Currency: Your base currency or an additional currency
- Payee: The person/company to whom money is being paid
- Labels: Labels help you group together income and expense Records and filter them
- Payment type: Method payments (cash, card, etc)
- Note: Add a note to your template
- (Android Only) Place: Location on the map
How to create Templates
Android
- Select "≡" in the top left
- Select "Settings" on the bottom
- Select "Templates"
- Tap the blue '+' button in the bottom right
- Fill in the Template Options
- Tap Save in the top right
iOS
- Select "More" in the bottom right
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Templates"
- Tap the blue '+' button in the top right
- Fill in the Template Options
- Tap Save
Web App
- Go to your Settings
- Select ' Templates'
- Tap the green 'Add +' button
- Fill in the Template Options
- Tap Save

- Go to your home page

- Select your template or select New Record
- Select "Templates"
- Select your template
- Finish up your record creation.
