All appearance options are in Settings: open the Profile tab and tap Settings.
App language
- Under Language, tap App Language.
- Pick a language in Select Language. Available: English, Čeština, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Nederlands, Polski, Português (Brasil), Português (Portugal), Slovenčina, Türkçe, Українська and Русский.
The app switches immediately. Your choice is remembered for your account.
Light or dark theme
Under Appearance, choose Light Mode, Dark Mode or System Default (Automatically match your device settings).
Amount display
Under Preferences:
- Hide Decimal Places: Show rounded amounts (e.g., "1,235 Kc" instead of "1,234.56 Kc"). Useful for currencies with large numbers. Stored amounts are not changed.
- Show Settled Expenses: Keep fully settled expenses visible in your lists instead of hiding them. With this off, settled expenses sit behind a Show … settled expenses link.
Good to know
- Your default currency is on the same screen, see Change your default currency.
- The start of your week and month is under Periods, see Set the start of your week and month.
- Notification Preferences is also reached from Settings, see Manage push notifications.
- The version number is shown at the bottom (Version … (Build …)); support may ask for it.
Web
- Language: use the Language selector in the header.
- Theme: use the toggle in the sidebar footer to switch between Light, Dark and System.
The decimal and settled-expense options apply to the mobile app only.
