Home is the first tab after you sign in. It summarises your money across groups and gives you shortcuts to the most common actions.
Balance overview
The top of the screen shows Total Balance and Total spent. Swipe through the balance cards to pick one group or all groups. The card you stop on becomes the active group: the leaderboards, the statistics card and the activity feed below follow that choice. Tap a card to open the group.
Green amounts are money coming back to you, red amounts are money you owe. Amounts that involve a currency conversion show a ≈ sign, see Add an expense in a foreign currency.
Quick actions
- Quick Scan opens the camera to photograph receipts, see Scan receipts with Quick Scan.
- Apple Pay or Google Pay opens the automatic payment import, see Import Apple Pay and Google Pay payments.
Leaderboards and statistics
Top Debtors, Top Payers and Most Frequent Payers rank the members of the active group. Tap a leaderboard to open the group.
Monthly Statistics shows your spending for the period. Tap Show more to open My Statistics, see View your spending statistics.
Recent Activity
Recent Activity lists what happened lately: expenses added, payments, members joining, comments, disputes. Tap an entry to jump to the expense, comment, group or dispute. Tap View All for All Activity, where you can filter by All, Expenses, Settlements or Comments and by group, and pull down to refresh.
Notifications and help
The bell in the header opens the notification inbox and shows how many notifications are unread, see Use the notification center. The help button opens Help & Tutorials.
Good to know
If a group has a budget, Home shows a toast such as Budget Warning when spending reaches the alert threshold and Budget Exceeded when it passes the limit. See Set a group budget.
Web
The web app opens on the Dashboard: Your Groups with New Group and an invite-code field, and Recent Activity with a View all link to the Activity page. Leaderboards and the balance carousel exist only in the mobile app.
